By accessing or using TextApril ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TextApril provides AI-powered personal assistant services via SMS and voice calls. The Service includes scheduling, reminders, information searches, and task management features designed for professional use.

3. SMS Messaging Consent and Opt-Out

Consent to Receive Messages

By initiating a conversation with TextApril, providing your phone number, or subscribing to our Service, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from TextApril at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:

  • Responses to your requests and queries
  • Scheduled reminders and notifications you have requested
  • Service-related updates and important notices
  • Account and billing information

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage and interactions with the Service. You control the frequency by initiating conversations and setting reminders.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. TextApril is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from TextApril at any time by:

  • Texting STOP to any TextApril phone number
  • Texting any of these keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message and then cease all SMS communications to your number. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or by initiating a new conversation.

For help with SMS messaging, text HELP to any TextApril number. For additional support, text “support” to your TextApril number.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TextApril only for lawful purposes and in a professional manner. You will not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Send content that is offensive, harassing, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
  • Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
  • Access or use the Service for competitive analysis or building competing products

5. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

  • Free tier includes 50 messages per month
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
  • Unused messages do not carry over between billing periods

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TextApril and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TEXTAPRIL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEXTAPRIL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via SMS or email.
